Gateway Living is a six-storey combination of townhomes and condos close to the Gateway Skytrain Station. Studio units are around 400 square feet and the rest of the condos range from 456 to 884 square feet. There are two townhouse layouts around 1,300 square feet with the option of a 3 or 4 bedroom unit.
