Property listings and other data available on this site are intended for private, non-commercial use by individuals. Any commercial use of the listings or data in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, is specifically forbidden except with the prior written authority of the copyright owner.

You may print or save individual pages for private use. However, property listings and data may not be modified, merged with other data, or published in any form. Prohibited uses include "screen scraping," "database scraping," and any activities intended to collect, store, reorganize, or manipulate data on this website.

Communication Consent

By registering or submitting an inquiry, you authorize the Board, their duly authorized representatives, or the Agent to contact you by phone at the number provided.

Commercial Electronic Messages

The Agent will only send commercial electronic messages (CEMs), such as emails, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation ("CASL"). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Real Estate White Rock, the Vantage Real Estate Team, or Oracle Realty Ltd. be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of this website.

Governing Law
